Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years; 21+ to drive.
• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Prerequisite experience as a meatcutter, apprentice, or manager trainee preferred.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels and accuracy of orders.
• Review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; summarize for upper management.
• Maintain product quality; ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Provide friendly customer service and hands-on supervision in the department.
