Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age required; high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
• Prerequisite experience as a meatcutter, apprentice, and/or manager trainee preferred.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and address issues.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels.
• Review profit and loss, sales, shrink, and labor data; report issues to upper management.
