The role involves managing interviews, training, and performance reviews, as well as inventory control, labeling, and compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required with two+ years of related experience.
• Food Handler certification required; Manager Food Safety certification preferred.
• Experience as meatcutter, apprentice, and/or manager trainee is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure in‑stock levels using item management processes.
• Monitor P&L, sales, shrink and labor; report issues to upper management.
• Maintain quality control and food safety standards across meat and market departments.
