Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Prerequisite experience as a meatcutter, apprentice, and/or manager trainee preferred
• Food Handler certification required
• Manager Food Safety certification required

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign and direct work
• Review historical data on sales, ads and promotions
• Co-manage inventory to ensure in-stock levels
• Maintain quality control and food safety standards
• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
• Operate and maintain department equipment safely
