Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in cemetery/funeral industry.
• Experience training, coaching and motivating sales staff.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Instruct and coach Sales Counselors on sales techniques and company policies.
• Lead aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and customer service efforts.
