Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Market President in the Tulsa, OK area to lead Commercial, Wealth Management and Treasury activities in alignment with the bank's strategy. You will build relationships, drive growth, and serve as a community liaison to attract and retain clients while guiding cross-divisional collaboration.

This senior leadership role involves strategic thinking, market leadership, and active community involvement to advance Busey’s goals while ensuring compliant lending and sales

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial, Wealth Management and Treasury Management activities in line with strategic goals.
• Build relationships and serve as the community liaison to support growth and retention of clients.
• Generate new net revenue through loans, deposits and fee income.
• Make daily calls to new prospects, existing customers, and centers of influence.
• Coordinate monthly calls with Cash Management, Wealth Management, Retail and Mortgage divisions.
• Represent the Bank at community events and ensure compliance with lending activities.
