• Experience leading multi-site ambulatory clinics with a focus on operational excellence.
• Strong financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (clinical and admin).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA) and compliance programs.
• Proven track record in strategic growth, market expansion, and P&L optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop clinic leaders across 8-12 locations with a focus on engagement and accountability.
• Drive care coordination, patient access, scheduling efficiency, and patient flow improvements.
• Oversee facilities planning, space utilization, and capital projects within the market.
• Partner with HR on staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure IT/PM systems enable efficient workflows and data accuracy in operations.
• Manage financial performance, budget targets, and monthly performance reviews.
• Implement process improvements and root-cause analyses to boost efficiency and patient safety.
• Ensure HIPAA, CLIA, and compliance training across market locations; oversee coding and revenue cycle controls.
• Collaborate with marketing, physician leaders, and real estate to support growth and market strategy.
• Travel within the market up to 50% to support leadership presence and operational excellence.
