Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support clinical teams across our South region clinics. You’ll coach clinical support teams, optimize workflows, and ensure day-to-day operations stay consistent across locations.

You’ll collaborate with providers, site leads, and the Director of Clinical Operations to advance clinical workflows, strengthen patient safety, and deliver a seamless patient experience across multiple clinics in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to coach staff and manage priorities across multiple busy clinics.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and patient-focused approach.
• Familiarity with clinical operations; dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff across assigned clinics.
• Help onboard and train team members, address staffing concerns, and partner with clinic leaders on performance improvement.
• Monitor patient flow, staff coverage, supplies, and daily operations to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with providers, site leads, and the Director of Clinical Operations to introduce and reinforce clinical workflows and process improvements.
• Support safety, infection control, quality standards, and applicable clinical compliance requirements.
• Help resolve escalated patient concerns and promote a positive patient experience.
