Job summary

Sage Dental in Orlando is seeking a Director of Market Operations to oversee the performance of a portfolio of multi-specialty practices. This role partners with Office Managers and clinical leaders to drive patient experience, operational excellence, and financial results across the market.

The ideal candidate is a proven multi-site leader who travels regularly, develops high-performing teams, and aligns local operations with Sage Dental’s standards while supporting growth and patient-centered

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading multi-site operations in healthcare.
• Proven ability to improve operational and financial results.
• Experience with dental/healthcare IT and Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Office Managers across practices.
• Drive operational and financial performance by monitoring metrics and implementing plans.
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to hit revenue and profitability goals.
• Build trust with Office Managers, providers, and support teams to align with goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion patient experience with efficiency and care.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Partner with executives to execute strategic initiatives and market expansion.
• Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on support.
