Job summary

Make Choteau Home is seeking an experienced operations supervisor for its Market Branches in Montana. The role oversees back office operations, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations, ensuring timely processing and compliance.

You will supervise teller and customer service staff, collaborate with central operations, manage risk controls, and drive process improvements while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent education/work experience.
• Three-five years bank operations experience.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations, reporting, analyzing, reviewing, and reconciling for Market branches.
• Supervise Teller and Customer Service personnel.
• Coordinate with Central Operations and Market Manager to mitigate bank risk and ensure policy adherence.
• Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and identify anomalies or inefficiencies.
• Provide proactive improvements to processes and procedures to support operations.
