Responsibilities

• Lead and coach retail staff across Bozeman branches to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive branch operations, compliance, and daily performance to meet goals.
• Build customer and community relationships through outreach and events.
• Develop lending activity and manage branch credit practices in line with policy.
• Monitor branch P&L, staffing, and facility readiness for smooth operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
