Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations matters for Market Branches, including reporting and analysis.
• supervise Teller and Customer Service personnel.
• Complete NSF analysis, review deposits, and issue NSF fee analyses.
• Review large items for return endorsements and report to central operations.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
• Coordinate HR topics such as training schedules and timesheets.
