Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of retail banking experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Notary Public or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bozeman retail staff, coach performance, and build customer relationships.
• Drive business development and lending activity in the market while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Represent the Bank in community events to enhance market presence and relationships.
• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and compliance with bank policies.
• Promote and sell bank products and services appropriate to customer needs.
• Manage branch P&L, reporting, and performance against goals.
• Prepare and present loan underwriting and credit approvals within authority.
