Job summary

First Security Bank in Stevensville, MT is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, staff development, and customer service excellence. You will ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements and efficient service delivery.

The role requires at least three years of banking supervision, a business-related degree, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of combined banking and supervisory experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Must possess current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete all projects as assigned. Provide quality control as needed/requested to ensure services are provided in compliance with established bank policies and procedures, industry standards, and current federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Actively participate as a member of the operations and/or retail team by offering suggestions, reporting concerns, and making recommendations to new and established policies and procedures and their implementation.
• Oversee the effective support of assigned operations/retail area(s). Provide technical support and assistance by addressing and resolving customer issues and problems. Respond to questions and inquiries quickly and accurately.
