Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of retail banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Notary Public or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Prior lending/underwriting experience preferred.
• Experience with Jack Henry systems (Xperience, Synergy 4|Sight, Vertex Teller, NetTeller, Onboard Deposits, iPay, ProfitStars) preferred.
• AAP or CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Represent the Bank in the community and foster customer relationships.
• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and manage consumer loan relationships and monitor portfolio quality.
• Drive business development and branch performance against goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, HR, and Finance to align objectives.
