Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth and supply optimization across designated territories. You will manage professional host accounts, optimize listings and pricing, and expand high-quality inventory, acting as the in-market expert.

You will build strong partnerships, analyze regional data, and collaborate with product and policy teams to align supply strategies with company goals. Regular travel to markets will be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management and partner support.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills for day-to-day decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in your geography.
• Maintain understanding of technical integrations to support clients.
• Represent the company in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences.
• Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal teams.
• Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships and deep market knowledge.
• Become the go-to source for local trends and market dynamics for internal and external partners.
• Respond to and deliver exceptional service to hosts, with in-person support when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy and support teams.
