Airbnb, London-based, seeks a Senior Manager to lead a fast-paced Homes Supply team across UK regions. You will manage a team of Market Associates responsible for input-driven optimization, host quality, and supply health, guiding regional campaigns and events to scale listings and ensure strong performance.

You will partner with Host Services and Community teams to deliver scalable outreach, roadshows, and best-practice adoption, while coaching frontline managers to meet KPIs and drive

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience managing teams, preferably scaled account management.
• Experience in operations, sales, or leading projects in a performance-driven environment.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume workflows and clear metrics.
• Strong organisational and program execution skills with multiple priorities.
• Data-oriented mindset using dashboards and insights to guide coaching.
