Airbnb in London is seeking a Market Manager to grow and optimise host inventories across the UK, manage a portfolio of professional host accounts, and drive pricing strategies to enhance listings performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, travel to markets as needed, and develop scalable, localized supply strategies to secure long-term growth, while delivering exceptional service to hosts.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or sales.
• Ability to travel regularly to the aligned market territory.
• Proven track record of managing a leads pipeline or book of business.
• Proficient CRM usage; Salesforce and Mixmax are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
• Strong data interpretation and quantitative skills.
• Good time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguity.
• Passion for travel and sharing economy; Airbnb host experience is a plus.
