Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager based in Washington or California to grow and retain a portfolio of professional hosts and supply partners.

You will lead acquisition, optimize listings and pricing, and drive regional market success through cross-functional collaboration with product, policy, and support teams. You will travel regularly to your territory, manage a pipeline, and exceed sales goals while representing Airbnb at industry events and with hosts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years in tech/travel industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and a book of business.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating across product, policy, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities.
• Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply in your geography.
• Understand technical integration of software partners to provide support.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at conferences.
• Educate clients on product changes and relay feedback to internal teams, including regulatory updates.
• Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships within the market.
• Develop deep knowledge of local market dynamics for internal and external partners.
• Respond to hosts promptly and provide in-person support as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, and customer support.
