You will drive customer centric operations, leverage digital tools, and engage with local communities, while ensuring a high-energy, inclusive culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking experience.
• 1 year of People Management experience or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Branch Ambassador team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Elevate brand presence and maintain a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage operations across 1–3 market branches with ownership mindset.
• Resolve complex customer escalations and partner with internal teams.
• Drive digital adoption and help guests use mobile/online banking.
• Engage with community organizations and local initiatives.
