Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience.
• 2+ years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate Every Customer, Every Time by coaching the Branch Ambassador team to deliver high-quality human connections.
• Lead through Behavioral Coaching with real-time feedback and ownership.
