Job summary

Follett LLC is seeking a Campus Store Leader to support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager in overseeing store operations and driving sales growth. You will foster a mentorship culture, monitor financial metrics, and ensure brand and operational excellence across campus locations.

Responsibilities include executing store plans, promotions, inventory control, and customer service, while leading staff and maintaining security and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and peak periods.
• Promote sales promotions and events; review store financials and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems; balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Maintain inventory control aligned with procedures; keep store neat and organized.
• Ensure store assets security and policy adherence; review markups and write-offs.
• Train and coach team members; onboard new hires; schedule shifts; provide coverage.
