Brodie Rec League is seeking a City Launcher in Connecticut (Stamford) to open new markets and build the founding team. You’ll recruit at least 24 founding captains in your first season, validate venues, fill gyms, and run the launch period. You’ll stay the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and in group chats.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth, and you’ll leverage your local network to drive growth, revenue, and community.

Formación

• Must live in the neighbourhood of the launch area (Connecticut - Stamford).
• Existing network in local basketball community (coaches, trainers, gym staff).
• Currently active in the local rec scene (playing in a league weekly).
• Ability to name and recruit early captains and to close deals with venues.

Responsabilidades

• Bring Your Network — Recruit at least 24 founding captains in the first season.
• Secure venue by visiting gyms and negotiating terms.
• Drive growth marketing and local demand through events, social channels, and partnerships.
• Own the season and territory, track performance in CRM, and prepare for expansion.
