Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a City Launcher in Philadelphia to open a new market by leveraging local gym networks, recruiting 24 founding captains, securing venues, and launching the inaugural season.

You will be the face of Brodie in your city, building relationships with coaches, trainers, and venue staff, driving growth via events and social channels, and coordinating with operations, growth, brand, and people to scale future cities.

Qualifications

• You live in the neighbourhood we are launching in, or a neighbouring area.
• Existing network in the local basketball community today: coaches, trainers, gym staff, organizers.
• You are currently actively involved in the game, playing in a rec league or similar.
• Strong reputation and ability to influence in your local scene.

Responsibilities

• Recruit a minimum of 24 founding captains per league and start with known contacts.
• Walk into gyms and open runs to bring Brodie into rooms where you are a familiar face.
• Build relationships with coaches, trainers, gym staff and organizers to move players.
• Drive the referral program and stay visible in the neighbourhood weekly.
• Identify, negotiate, and lock in venues; track metrics in CRM and forecast growth.
