R+L Carriers in Chicago, IL seeks a full-time Security/Loss Prevention professional to investigate incidents, deter theft, and protect assets across operations. The role features Monday–Friday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick leave after 30 days and access to employee resorts.

You will work with all levels of management, perform risk assessments, and use standard MS Office tools, with occasional travel to facility locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security/Loss Prevention/investigation.
• Senior-level investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
• Ability to self-start, prioritize and multi-task while working independently.
• Ability to identify critical issues with workable resolutions.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word.
• Occasional travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements
