Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will answer calls on a multi-line system, perform data entry, and assist with driver paperwork and dispatcher support.

The position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) and PTO after 90 days, with a rich benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision and 401(k). Ideal candidates are organized, computer literate, and capable of typing at least 25 WPM.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
• Be dependable, well organized and computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to appropriate contacts.
• Perform data entry tasks and process driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with daily operations and other duties as requested.
