Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to support Corporate & Regional Security at our Wilmington, Ohio Service Center. You will analyze data to resolve claims, shortages, and security incidents, leveraging video management and access control tools to support investigations and ensure accurate case updates.

This full-time role on a Monday–Friday schedule focuses on preventing future losses, with additional benefits and opportunities at our employee resorts across the country.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to self-start, prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• High school or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in investigations.
• Familiarity with VMS, access control and case management systems.
