Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years leading installation or field-service teams in construction or building materials.
- Experience with estimating, quoting, project coordination, and customer-facing operations.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Operations, and service functions to meet commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the market's Installation Services function with goals, standards, and performance expectations.
- Provide coaching and development for installation coordinators and field teams.
- Oversee installation projects to ensure scope, cost, quality, schedule, and safety.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to align staffing and resources with demand.
- Maintain installation workflows, plans, and documentation reflecting approved scope and commitments.
- Identify risks and develop plans for scope, schedule, labor, and material issues.
- Monitor performance, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure safety compliance across all installation activities.
