Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth in the French West Coast territory from our Paris office. You will manage professional host accounts, onboard new supply, and work cross-functionally to ensure market success.

Fluency in French and English, plus willingness to travel every 4–6 weeks, is required. You will analyze data, develop localized strategies, and build enduring partnerships with hosts and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in account management, partner support and/or sales.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Willing to travel domestically from Paris to your market territory (roughly every 4–6 weeks).
• Proven track record of managing a leads pipeline and/or a book of business.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce); Mixmax experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Proficient quantitative skills and ability to apply data to day-to-day decisions.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to work strategically and tactically in ambiguity.
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; hosting experience is a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally; charismatic self-starter who is resourceful.

• Build and manage professional host account relationships within your territory.
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in your geography.
• Understand technical integration of software partners to support clients.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts.
• Educate clients on product changes and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with clients.
• Develop long-lasting partnerships and knowledge of local markets.
