Job summary

Samsara, a pioneer in Connected Operations Cloud, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of ~8 Account Executives II targeting mid-sized Private Sector organizations. This remote role covers candidates in the US Eastern Time Zone. Relocation is not provided.

You’ll drive training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed quarterly targets while upholding Samsara’s customer-first culture. Flexible remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in sales
• Proven track record coaching a team on outbounding
• Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision makers
• Strong interpersonal and team management abilities
• Data-driven decision making and forecasting aptitude

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews
• Hire and onboard new account executives; provide ongoing coaching
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects
• Create content for ongoing training and development
• Support executives with professional development plans
• Provide upwards feedback to upper management
• Embed Samsara’s cultural principles and win as a team mindset
• Forecast and analyze existing pipeline with accuracy
