Job summary

Aflac Columbus is seeking a Market Director to lead recruitment and sales efforts in the Tualatin, OR area. This hybrid role requires reporting to the OR-W market office for at least 60% of the week and working from home the rest of the time.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, 10 years of experience (including 5 in management), and a strong track record in recruiting and managing an insurance sales force to achieve aggressive sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or a related field is required.
• 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in management.
• 5 years of experience recruiting and managing an insurance sales force.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment and development of the insurance sales force.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Meet and drive sales targets across the Northwest Distribution Area.
