MSIG USA in San Francisco seeks a Regional Distribution Leader for the Northwest to drive profitable growth across multi-state markets. You will lead distribution strategy, expand broker partnerships, and coordinate with underwriting, product and leadership to win strategic accounts.

This senior role requires deep P&C distribution experience, executive presence, and a track record of growing market share through priority brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive business development or distribution within commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proven track record of driving growth and expanding broker/client relationships.
• Broad knowledge of the commercial P&C marketplace, including multiple product lines and broker dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth and distribution strategy to drive profitable growth and regional production objectives.
• Build and advance a regional opportunity pipeline with priority prospects, renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and strategic accounts.
• Partner with underwriting and product leaders on targeted account and pursuit strategies to strengthen MSIG USA's competitive position.
• Represent MSIG USA at industry events and broker meetings to expand market presence and drive growth.
