Qualifications

• Proficient in scheduling, inventory, and basic math for pricing.
• Effective communication with staff, customers, and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Set up production timelines and assign tasks to staff.
• Monitor area for cleanliness, safety, and display maintenance; delegate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure adequate staffing and rotate perishable items with deliveries.
• Track schedules and manage overtime and teen hour constraints.
• Oversee catering items, portions, and invoicing; assist in signage and promotions.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure compliance by staff.
• Resolve customer issues with care and professionalism.
• Assist with monthly inventory and supplier orders; train team on duties.
• Step in for Department Manager when needed and coordinate with Restaurant staff.
