Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; sanitation coursework is helpful.
• Over one year of related work experience is required.
• Ability to lead a team and manage department operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and profitability.
• Lead by example with a welcoming atmosphere and strong customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department employees; manage transfers and salary actions.
• Plan weekly schedules and daily work plans in coordination with Store Director.
• Monitor product displays, pricing, and inventory; order replenishment as needed.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales trends and assist with ads and promotions.
• Ensure proper temperatures, storage, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Restaurant and Service staff on sales ideas and updates.
