Job summary

Bank of America in the United States is seeking a Market Center Manager to lead a cluster of financial centers in designated markets. You will act as a business owner, coach a team, and foster a client-centric and risk-aware culture to deliver strong results.

Responsibilities include backing up the market leader, guiding client traffic, driving operational excellence, and delivering a world-class client experience. Weekend hours and travel within the market may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
• Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.

Responsibilities
