• Entrepreneurial spirit with urgency to execute.
• Experience with consumer and commercial credit and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops coaching practices for reviewing business, cooperation and compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters growth.
• Develops strategies to grow deposits, investments, loans and overall market performance.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending.
• Manages the market to optimize customer experience and performance.
• Ensures risk and compliance through deep dives and reviews.
