Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practices for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and compliance.
• Recruits, retains and develops talent to drive career growth.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposit growth and customer acquisition.
• Leads collaboration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending.
• Manages the market to optimize performance and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Ensures risk controls and compliance for safe banking.
