Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in Medley, FL to expand our outside sales footprint. You will visit local businesses, showcase our broad range of workplace products, and build relationships that convert into new accounts.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can help.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
