Job summary

Utz is seeking a Market Development Leader II to drive market share in Elkton, MD and Wilmington, DE. You will partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to implement sales strategies, training, and promotions while maintaining strong relationships with store managers.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales operations, a valid driver's license, and ability to operate a route truck when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.
• DSD experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Independent Distribution models and IO/Distributor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate sales, service, and merchandising strategies to IOs and distributors.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Visit stores to reinforce company relationships and promotions and to ensure compliant resets.
