Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.
• Familiar with Independent Operator/Distributor Agreements and IOs' and Distributors' rights and obligations.
• Proven ability to build trust, persuade, and communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the Company's sales, service, and merchandising strategies to IOs and distributors to ensure proactive relationships and shared goals.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Provide a weekly Sales/IO Work-with planner to SOD and conduct store visits to reinforce relationships.
• Assist in planning workshops with the MDL team to maximize tools and growth opportunities for IOs and distributors.
• Support management in promoting product promotions, planograms, and new product introductions at store level.
