You will manage weekly reports, conduct store visits, and coordinate promotional activity, merchandising standards, and new product introductions with the Sales Operations Director. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, preferably snacks, grocery, or beverage.
• DSD experience preferred.
• Strong relations with IOs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategies to IOs/distributors to build market share.
• Prepare weekly volume and KPI reports.
• Lead store visits and promotions planning with IOs/distributors.
• Collaborate with SOD to plan workshops and tools usage.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and decision makers.
