Job summary

Utz is seeking a Market Development Leader II for Chicago, IL to drive growth with Independent Operators and Master Distributors. You will relay sales and merchandising strategies, prepare weekly reports, and coach teams to maximize market share while upholding company standards.

You will visit stores, support promotional activity, and collaborate across the sales organization to deliver results and ensure IOs and distributors succeed with Utz products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.
• DSD experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategies to IOs and distributors to grow market share.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Provide a weekly work-with planner to SOD.
• Conduct store visits and present promotions, planograms and new products.
• Assist in workshop planning to drive full sales potential.
• Build relationships with store managers and IOs at store level.
