Utz is seeking a Market Development Leader II to drive field sales and distributor partnerships across Elkton, MD and Wilmington, DE. You will translate sales strategies into action, support IOs with merchandising standards, and help maximize market share through data, store visits, and promotional execution.

This role requires strong collaboration with IOs, master distributors, and the Sales Operations Director, plus a hands-on approach to reports, planning workshops, and enabling a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in snacks, grocery, or beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate sales, service, and merchandising strategies to IOs and distributors.
• Prepare weekly volume and inventory reports and KPI scorecards.
• Provide a weekly Sales/IO Work-with planner to SOD.
• Conduct store visits to reinforce Utz concepts and promotions.
• Assist in planning workshops with MDL team to maximize sales potential.
