The Campbell's Company is seeking a Market Development Lead (MDL) to drive market growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail outlets. This role builds strong relationships with IDPs, store leadership, and key retailer decision makers, using disciplined planning to adapt to changing technology, conditions, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Build collaborative relationships with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Recommend optional resources and technology, help resolve retailer disputes, and partner with internal teams to optimize routes.
• Lead route consultations and schedule meetings to understand IDP needs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with IDPs.
• Support distribution, merchandising, promotions and retailer events, and coordinate inventory/logistics needs.
