Job summary

You will partner with Sales and technical teams to advance opportunities, map segments, and develop compelling value propositions.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, manage Front-end innovation, and use EBME processes to deliver commercialization success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering, marketing, business development, product management, or commercial roles.
• Ability to identify and commercialize growth opportunities in B2B.
• Experience in heat transfer fluids or related markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess markets, applications, customers, and value chains to find growth opportunities.
• Develop addressable market maps and lead innovation from idea to concept.
• Manage Stage-Gate projects from opportunity to post-launch review using EBME.
• Create market activation plans and value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Support sales in advancing leads and converting opportunities into wins.
• Collaborate to refine offers and map customer segments; track key metrics.
