Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Five or more years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, business development, product management, innovation, or commercial leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
- Lead customer and market discovery to uncover unmet needs and validate opportunities.
- Build fact-based business cases and value propositions with market size, adoption potential, and economics.
- Lead the marketing workstream for front-end innovation and Stage-Gate processes.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and present clear strategic recommendations.
