Eastman is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand presence in strategic markets and secure new specifications for Heat Transfer Fluids. You will work with process licensors, EPCs, and OEMs to translate market insights into growth opportunities, collaborating across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

The role is fully remote with travel, reporting to the North America / Asia Sales Manager, and offers a pathway to shape Eastman’s business through differentiated solutions and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
• 5–10+ years of advanced Sales / Business development in specialty chemicals or EPC/Process Licensors.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and opportunity management.
• Strong technical knowledge and market/customer strategy planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Expand Eastman’s presence in strategically important markets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new specifications for Eastman HTF offerings.
• Engage with EPCs, process licensors, engineering firms, and other validation partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and technical teams to develop coordinated customer and project strategies.
