Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Romulus, Michigan is seeking a Market Delivery Supervisor to lead our delivery operations.

You will manage a team of associates, coordinate daily tasks, and drive on-time, high-quality Home Delivery experiences for customers. In this role you will optimize inventory flow, schedule associates, resolve escalations, and partner with third-party carriers to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 2 years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based team, overseeing delivery operations, performance management, and analyzing call metrics for process improvements.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and promoting daily schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues, lead problem-solving efforts, and enhance customer delivery experiences.
• Collaborate with third-party delivery providers and Lowe's Supply Chain teams to deliver world-class experiences.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Lead and influence others to deliver business results in Home Delivery Operations and Call Center processes.
