You will oversee scheduling, coach associates, and resolve escalations while coordinating with third-party providers to ensure world-class delivery experiences. Strong leadership and supply chain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of supply chain leadership experience and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage a market-based delivery team and oversee operations and performance.
• Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
• Motivate and manage associates daily, creating and enforcing schedules.
• Communicate with customers on escalated issues and lead problem-solving efforts to improve delivery experiences.
• Audit the business, identify trends, and collaborate with third-party delivery providers for world-class experiences.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory reconciliation and audits.
• Lead and influence others to deliver business results and apply Home Delivery Operations knowledge.
• Engage with third-party logistics partners, Lowe's Supply Chain teams, distribution nodes, and store operations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, change leadership, and team orientation skills.
• Maintain dialogue with logistics partners to address claims and complaints related to In-Home Delivery.
