Qualifications
- 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery operations, team performance, and call-metric analysis for improvements.
- Interview, hire, and train associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
- Motivate and manage associates with daily schedules and coaching.
- Communicate with customers on escalated issues and lead problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate with third-party delivery providers and use WMS for inventory reconciliation.
- Lead, influence, and align teams to achieve business results.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, Supply Chain teams, and store operations.
- Maintain dialogue with third-party vendors to address claims and complaints.
- Engage with warehouse operations and associate engagement activities.
